Even though the impetus for estate sales vary, almost always there is no time to waste after an estate sale to empty a property entirely. Yet, it is rare that everything down to the last spoon sells at an estate sale.
Inevitably there is a set of dishes, a couch, a few boxes of knick-knacks, a bed frame or Christmas tree that lingers. What happens after all the estate sale road signs are picked up and the shop is closed? What do we do with the left-overs?
